A couples of years ago we heard that the owner of Mattamy lived along Lakeshore and that he had a huge estate with a baseball diamond. I'm not sure how many homes there have baseball diamonds but I'm curious to know if this is indeed their estate. If so no wonder they charge us and arm and leg for all our upgrades!! Who knows though could have been a good rumor!!

Yeah, but it only has 14 Acres.

Imagine how much land you could buy around here for 2/3's of that price tag. :D
