 Post subject: robson cres phase 12

does anyone know whats going on over at robson cres and why they are so late with the digging we got a semi and the digging was supposed to be done by now so soes anyone know whats going on over thier did anyone get a notice that thier house will be late from phase 12a or early 12b let us know.

We haven't received any notice, but I would rather have earlier than later.

I took pictures and posted them last fall/winter and posted them here...

We drove by the site today and they seemed to have dug the center of the crecent..."semi's"

I snapped acouple of pictures...I'll see If I can post them later.

to anyone who may have bought a semi or to the few that bought a detached who will be in the middle section of robson cres i went by this morning and all the holes are now dug out for all the houses so get out your cameras and go take some pictures of your hole hey it might onlu be a hole but its your hole.

With the warm weather we are having,
it should help move things along.

I can't wait to see "our hole" in the ground.
Just to see that the middle of the crescent is being worked on is very exciting!

I just can't wait to move in!

Heh, we can relate. We just finished booking our long overdue honeymoon to Greece for two weeks in the summer, and all we did all weekend was talk house. "Do you think we should get this upgrade?"; "is that worth the cost?"; "let me know the minute you get a call for the structural appointment!" were all you would have heard at home with us this weekend. We are so preoccupied with this. And yet, we love it.

Hi Mark,

We have done all the appointments.
(brick colors and upgrades) mind you things are still changing
because of the builder.

I just can't wait to see what we picked
in our house (the finish product)

8 months to go and yes... we are counting!!!
