Hello all you future Brothers Cres. neighbours.

I've been watching and we have all been introduced to alot of the other streets but ours has not come up yet.

I realize most of us will be closing in November, so I guess I'm starting a little early.

My name is Daniela, my husband is Kirsten and we have a little boy Stefan ( 8 months), and of course "Jigger" the cat.

We look forward to meeting all of you.

I think (hope) that our homes will get extra loving care so they look really good next to the model homes. :D

Is there going to be access to our street from Derry??

Or is it just for the model homes??

I really don't want the extra traffic through our street.

As far as I have seen the only access from Derry into Coates Crossing will be from Holly Avenue. You can see this has been roughed in already and will probably be finished as they finished extending Derry to 4 lanes.

It is hard to say. Initial information was - it is going to be fenced and with separate access from the Derry road.

:D :D Just came back from visiting our lot. We finally have a hole. Looks like they are going by their 4 month plan.


Just thought all you Brother Cres would like to know. Lot 201-207 all have the ground excavated.

Monday - Nobody.
We went to see how it was going. Only few townhouses on the west end were under, the rest of the area still.
One issue. Looks like driveways are wide for 36 lots. Something like plus extra two feets.

Holly Green Macro.
On the location page they have our street as crescent. But from how it is looks like in real it is going to be not.
I’m sending e-mail to the coordinator next morning to find out. Our closing day is Nov 2 and here is nothing, this will be another question.

Wow, JJprice! What a bunch of crap to have to go through. At least you can sleep well knowing that you made the right decision for your family. What are your plans now? Are you house hunting again? Are you staying away from Mattamy because of this issue?

Hi Jessica and jeff,
Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you are still interested in buying Mattamy home, you can try to negotiate to have Mattamy agree to let you have the first pick (without standing in the line) when they release their next phase.
