Spring is on its way and is just around the corner. It’s time to get outside to get fit and meet like-minded people in the spring/summer sport season!
Urban Sports Club in Milton, “your adult sports league for fun and fitness”, has now opened spring registration online at
www.urbansports.ca.
They offer many adult co-ed recreational sports, beginning the week of May 15th 2011, such as:
• Ultimate Frisbee 5’s and 7’s
• Beach Volley Ball, 6’s and 4’s
• Soccer
• New! - Flag Football
• And also new this year, a Golf League
at Granite Ridge Golf Club!
Gather your team or join as an individual. Registration deadline is May 8th. Spaces are limited so you’ll want to register early to avoid disappointment.
