Lot 16. We close May 19. We enjoyed our framewalk. Dan and Andrew were really nice. Hopefully everything continues to go well.

I didn't realize how sad it would be to have a 'fire gap' lot. I see all of your beautiful houses being built and every week mine remains a concrete hole in the ground.....sigh..... :)

It's the last house that get build on the whole block. So that if there's ever a fire, it doesn't spread to the whole street.

I noticed all the houses on Rigo seem to have full garage insulation...maybe that something they're doing now?

I noticed all the houses on Rigo seem to have full garage insulation...maybe that something they're doing now?


All the interior walls connected to the garage will be insulated. The exterior wall is not unless you have a fire stop house.

interesting! i didn't know that. I also thought that you get that extra insulation when you have the energy star package...?

No, but it will help the overall interior house warmer and the rooms above the garage warmer.
