Fetajr-
There is an exquisite village town ( Corner unit) in Mattamy currently available NOW on McDowell Crescent ( right around the corner from a catholic and public school) It is finished to perfection complete with built-in stainless steel appliance and built in plasma screen tv. Inside entrance from garage, three bedrooms, dark hardwood...just beautiful.

I can give you hand if you want to look for something like I mentioned above, that would have a much earlier closing then a house off plans. Generally resale is 30-90days.

Hi MichelleMerritt, i saw that one too!..saw it on mls.ca , that place was amazing... unfortunately we can't close anytime soon, the property we want will have to close late 07 or early 08. With all the pros n cons, and shopping around, i will have to grow to love the train as i will most likely take the Brentridge End A in the new phase. Thanks for everyones input!@
