Coscorp is building custom homes in Milton? I thought they were only doing the assembly line style homes.. Like Mattamy, Greenpark, Great Gulf, Conservatory, Sundial, Branthaven, Tiffany Park, and the countless others in Milton that offer standard models with select upgrades.

Sounds like there was a basement window open during all the rainstorms lately. Have you actually closed yet? If not, then all of these things are something you need to state on your PDI. And if possible, take pictures of them.

Lights are always cheap. I think this is one of the more personal upgrades that you are not always going to find at a builders sales office. Not defending it.. but there's no point in putting in non-cheap lights that the homeowner isn't going to like in the first place.

Keep everything documented.

I also had a really bad experience with Coscorp. Never buying a home off them again. I have the Peter Costigan's direct number, PM if you want it.

Yours definately sounds like something out of the ordinary. And something out of the ordinary happens to all builders at one time or another.

Definately keep on top of them to fix whatever the issues are. My experience with Coscorps service department was nothing to complain about.

I bought from Bristol Park which was one of their first sub division in Milton for Coscorp. After pulling teeth they fixed everything but it was just a nightmare and I don't think anybody should have to through it. I sold the house after 2 years and I bought a mattamy in HV.
