Wow, nice to see so many neighbors showed up. Has anyone booked DC appointment? We got out design book but have not got a call for the appoointment yet. :-)

Yes! That night was a first ... We were lucky enough to get rain and it snowed the next weekend ... That's the night I learned that my car is NOT comfortable and I should have invested in an iPhone car charger years ago :D

I went on a design centre tour and was told the same thing ... Aprox 8 months before closing ... Which gives me enough time to save ... Everything I liked there of course was an upgrade lol ... Although some standard stuff looked okay ... Not sure if I like Frendel for cabinets ... Their stuff looked better on their website

Roll Call updated with latest - glad to see a few more neighbours on the list.

As a footnote: our customer care co-ordinator gave us our assigned DC info and even though our meetings will not be scheduled for a while (as others have stated), she has been helpful answering a few questions not included in the book.

Hi All,

Looks like Mattamy has updated the map on their site and finally defined our street name.

"WETTLAUFER TERRACE" - an extension of the adjacent street.

Well we received our phone call today from the Design Centre to book our first appointment. She advised that they can do it two ways because they are on time with everything from their end (actually she said a bit ahead of schedule) so you can either just do your structural upgrades (ie. lighting, smooth ceilings, cable outlets, etc) or we can do structural and colour choices at the same time. She did say that nothing has to be finalized at the first appointment.

Our appointment is booked for June 22 and we close March 21, 2012. Everything seems to be moving along which is good!!!!

Our consultant is Agapi. Has anyone dealt with her before?

In the past I have had Tiffany (twice) and she is fabulous and I have had Caroline who was also very good.

I had Agapi and she was amazing! Very helpful, not pushy and great to work with!

Just wondering ... Does anyone know what Mattamy has chosen for your exterior colour(s) based on your selections/preferences? I want to know if I got my first choice but not sure if it's too soon to call them and ask ...
