Happy to see Dallas won, especially for vets like Dirk, JKidd, Marion, Jet...
Also, happy to see LeBron and Bosh not win since they left TOR and CLE on such poor terms...

Sure, if that makes you happy.
For me, a ring in the hand better than 10 in a dream!

I really don't understand this comment!

How does the "better" team go down in 6 games, in a series where they had home court advantage?

How does the "better" team get outscored in crunch time, the 4th quarter, in every game, but game one?

How does the "better" team's "best" player (James - 17.8 ppg) get outscored by the other teams 6th man (Terry - 18.0 ppg)

A team is not defined by the names on the backs of three guys jerseys. Miami may have two of the three most talented basketball players in the world on their team, but that doesn't make them the best team in the league. Dallas showed that by playing great TEAM defense, they can shut down or limit two individual players. When the self proclaimed King is looking for every opportunity to get the ball out of his hands, in the 4th quarter of the biggest game of his life. You know the other TEAM did something right over the course of a series.

WELL DONE MAVS! Congratulations on being the best TEAM in the NBA in 2011!

OK. I was going to stay out of this, but too many people are dumping on poor Bats.
The comment was sarcastic. If you read the "Will the real Vancouver Canucks Please Stand up" ( http://www.hawthornevillager.com/phpbb/ ... hp?t=38009 ) thread, you'll see this debate being hotly contested. There's a feeling in some quarters that Boston is the better team, but Vancouver is squeaking out the wins...
Leave Bats alone.

It's funny how winning all those games makes Vancouver suck!

Boston & Vancouver have won same number of games (3)
Boston has vastly outscored Vancouver ( 19 - 8 )

For that matter Vancouver has been unable to put 3 pucks behind Thomas in regulation all series.

And why did you run to post this in an NBA thread anyways?

WTF are you talking about, the Grizzlies aren't even in Vancouver anymore and the Celtics were out a long time ago. I think you posted in the wrong thread by mistake, this is NBA not NHL.

Of course the Celtics are better than the Grizzlies ever were.

Pretty much any team that played in Vancouver sucks.
