Moving in July 2nd. Cant wait as well! What a bonus this site is that we all kind of know each other already so that whole 'I hope our neighbours are cool' aspect of a move is covered...

Very true! :D

That reminds me, I think we will need the A/C as well the sooner the better...

So lets get the group buy numbers. I'll update this post with the list as people confirm

Once I get a total number of people, I'll message the company and see what they can do for us

Richard&Liz

We already booked with Four Seasons Home Comfort. He's offering the group buy prices to all homes in Hawthorne Village. If you are planning to use them I would suggest to book them in fast. He's already booking installs into mid July. For our house Richard, he suggested the American Standard 13 seer 2 tonne, with a 10 year warranty, installed with taxes costs $2500. Great price and everyone on this site raves about this company.

A friend who in in the business but lives far reccomended to us that we set this up sooner than later because this is their busy season... On Monday my husband and I were literally talking about getting quotes we called Craig from Four Season first and he offered us the same group rate, he gave us a quote over the phone and asked me to email him and sent us an invoice. The process was easy and painless :D

It was screwed up! Hubby received a voicemail reminding him of our appointment on Wednesday.. but we had it marked down for today.. so we were gonna go, but got the voicemail. So.. we called to confirm and they got everything wrong.. PDI was supposed to be today, they've now rescheduled it for Wednesday. They even got our closing date wrong!!

Hi fellow Monaghan's. I have a quick questions for you all. Have you purchased your A/C system? I've read great reviews on this forum regarding Craig's company. I just would like some feedback from you all.

Thanks

Art & Monika
