Looks like the link to the plan site has expired.

Thanks for the information...I've updated it with a link to a planning doc from the Town of Milton. It has a more technical diagram of the site plan. I'll scan and put the easy-to-read one in the thread...

You signed off on the dates when u bought the house...they were the Tarion forms...check those to find out the date for your home, as it's applied differently for each house based on when u signed purchase agreement

Good News!! I just came back from the site. Scot is still blocked but trucks and Machinery are inside digging east side of the scott.

I did not bother to check if truck and machery came from the sales office side or they just removed the barriers and blocked the road again.

Neighbors, i went to site today and yes they have started digging. There were two big CAT diggers and lot 1 to 12 had pile of dirt infront of each. They probably started today or yesterday as it seems fresh.

I will try to visit again in a day or two and post some pictures if i wont forget to take my camera with me. :)

Those are not holes for foundations yet, looks to be for services to the lots for gas, hydro and water maybe.

That may be true for the area in the foreground but keep in mind that I'm standing at the barricade on Savoline so you can't see much. Lots past the machine in this picture look to have the area dug out for the foundation.

BTW: If I had to guess the lots I'd say the first four or five.

These are the holes for the foundation. My wife and I went right into the site and they have framed the molds for the footings of the first three lots.
