We went by our house yesterday and I was so disappointed... Tile installation around the soaking tab in the master bathroom is just terrible. Tiles are not leveled corners are not 90degrees, edges are terrible, in addition they used white silicone… I told our construction supervisor and he thinks it is fine….

If I put it on PDI would they fix it for us?

If you put it on the PDI, they should fix it for you. If not, they risk having you bug them all the time to get it fixed. That's bad that the tiles are off... it sours the whole 'new home excitement'. It also makes you wonder... laying tile could be tedious, but it's not brain surgery if you're paying attention and taking care when it's being done. I hope they fix it before the house gets further along in the process.

BTW, Paul returned from vacation today, or is returning tomorrow. It might take him awhile to get back to you. (Just a head's up).

Yao new relaease but nothing mentioned about spirit homes...so guessing all will be non spirit homes.....waiing ti see price difference..

Hope they don’t release ravine lots this time… we really want a ravine lot…2 moves in 1 year would be too much!

Richard they didnt mentioned spirit homes in their website...just same plans as spirit homes plan ...as they have same plans in their Brampton site same lots 30, 34 and 36 but no spirit...so just waiting to see is there any difference...

If you open PDF floor plans some are Spirits.

All the homes that are called PLAN something are spirit homes.

There is a very nice green space with mature trees, we drove up by it a few times already :)
