the pricing in milton is getting stupid. were in line with many parts of mississauga which doesnt make sense. i wouldnt pay these prices to live in, never mind rent out as you wont cover your basics. we just bought a unit in a low rise in lauderdale, Florida, 2 brm, 2 bath, 1100 sq ft. maint. fees of $165, all for the high price of $27,400. talk to me in 10 years and well see whats its worth.

Please give me all the details. This is right up my alley. Have you inspected the property before you bought? I'm about ready to spend a couple of months in FLA every winter. Thanks for a reply.

its in lauderdale. ill be back in town end of the week and forward u info. its low rise, 4 storey. we looked at many but u have to be careful as if there are too many emptly units the maint. fees are sky high. i was down there a few times prior to buying. we looked at 45 units at least. they are considered adult condos, but there are people, mainly canadians, with kids.

F - I would be interested in the link as well. Wife and I are looking at a vacation property and we don't want to do the time share thing. Would much rather own and possibly use it as a vacation rental property.

perhaps a few members could club together and share costs in the goliday home?

- golf must be amazing down there?

Don't know about golfing but getting out of the winter weather is my main objective. Cost haring might be appealing if you have some serious guys.
