This is an all call to my future neighbours in Phase 3 of HVOP. We purchased our home this weekend closing October 2012, and were wondering who would be joining us in the newest release.

Congratulations if you have decided on HVOP Phase 3.

Congrats! I'm from HVOTP phase 1 and welcome to the neighbourhood!
What did you get and do you know what was the highest premium lot?

We purchased a Juneberry (43' lot), and are thrilled!

The largest lot premium in the new phase were the 50' lots that backed onto the woodlot on Farmstead. There were a few with walkouts and huge lots that ranged from 50k (standard lot with walkout) all the way up to 90k.

What about yourself? Model? Lot?

Wow, those lots must be nice but its really expensive too. I got a premium pie shape 43' lot Plan 3B. They don't offer that model in phase 3 but the Juneberry would of been my next choice.

Congrats mmalloni on your purchase. Your lot is very nice, and certainly will be worth its weight in gold as plots get smaller and smaller in the future ... so try not to sweat the lot premium its well worth it!

I met the couple that purchased the pie lot across from you (Lot 99) and they are amazing! We met in line as they were directly in front of us.

Regretfully I am a few blocks away on Syndenham Lane and will not close until late October 2012, so am a bit jealous over your closing date.

Congratulations again.[/quote]

I am jealous Dan was another one of our options, but we decided on the 36 and get the lot premium and poor some money into the upgrades. But I have seen that dual fireplace and it is really a great feature to the home.

In my opinion you made the right move. I would much sooner have a slightly smaller house with a better lot than a larger house and no yard ... but I have small children who are constantly outside playing. :)

When I left on Saturday, the two 43' lots that were pie lots at the bottom of Syndenham Lane were gone. The entire row of standard lots that backed onto the ravine were all there, but they carry a 50k premium as they are all walkouts.

Best of luck to your parents.

We bought lot 133 on Carbert Cres. 5K premium for the crescent lot, but nothing really special about it other than that. Our appointment was monday aug 8th at noon. There were still a ton of lots left especially the lots with huge premiums or larger than 36' lots.
