Just read these rates inanother forum
Unbelievable low rates
Rates for 250k + mortgages and renewals and potential 1 year holds.

1 year 1.9-2%
2 year 1.69-1.79%
3 year 1.85-1.95%
4 year 2.28%-2.38%
5 year 2.74%-2.84%

If you're not putting 20% down and need to take insurance they can knock off even more
Are these true rates?

Let's see what the brokers on the forum have to say....I am not seeing rates this low. Seems too good to be true.

I have some pretty darn low rates available, but nothing like that. Haven't seen anything even REMOTELY close. With one year rate holds at that? Curious, who is actually promoting this? Something doesn't seem right.

It was a special promotion National Bank was running in August, which I have been told by my rep from NBC that it is no longer running. It was offered through a different channel of National Bank, so we weren't given any information or access to it.

The best rate I have available right now is a 5 year fixed at 3.19%, 4 year at 2.89% or a 3 year at 2.69%.
