Hola fellow Cavanagh residents! (Cavanites?!?) We've purchased our new home at he corner of Cavanagh & Farmstead. Taking photos of the progress of our dirt pile  and (im)patiently waiting for August 1st 2012!!!! Hoping to meet some new neighbours on here and in person in the next while.

Don't know yet. Supposedly won't be up until closer to when we'll have people living on the street...

Is it for your mortgage?

If so you should be able to reference the lot and phase number. (i.e. Mattamy Willmot, Phase 2, Lot ##)

Drove by our street yesterday - lamp posts are in, bell box, transformer boxes are almost done and they've run the electrial lines on both sides of the roads.

Looks like they may have done some more work in leveling out the lots also.

We've got an Emery in block 80, closing in February! Not looking forward to a coooold winter moving day. I think we're one of the earliest closings on the whole street, but we saved more than $25k by going with phase 2 instead of 3. I hope despite the mud and dirt, its all worth it.

We're a young professional couple (mid 20s), no kids (yet!)--anyone around like us? Hopefully we can meet some people at the Mattamy University later this month :)

From what I've heard it sounds like only the people on the "island" portions of the south and north ends of the street are going to be the lucky ones without sidewalks.

Lots of progress on the street now though, we were up there last night and there are a good number of foundations started on the south endof the street.
