Hey guys, did anybody on the street get a 1 year inspection completed? Just curious as the anniversaries of our homes are coming up.

Not sure if you already did yours. I did my first year inspection with Andy. Feel free to PM me for some tips that he passed on to me. I'm sure he'll pass them on to you anyway. I know some others will provide you with probably a lower quote but the advice he can share to you can simply be priceless. There were 2 specific areas that the builder could have said no but Andy gave me tips on how to increase my chances of getting the builder to fix them. I got what I wanted.
