Hi John,

Do you install all types of tiles, including glass? And how much do you charge? I don't have the measurements of my kitchen yet, but I would expect it to be roughly 20 sq ft. of tiling.

Bump and a huge recommendation for John. He did our kitchen floors in this past week and we are THRILLED with the job he did.

He took out the old ceramic tiles and installed the new porcelain tiles in a diagonal hopscotch pattern. It's a difficult pattern to lay as this particular pattern will 'walk', so to make a long story short John had to lay the whole thing little by little, continually measuring to be sure it would wrap the island and match back up to the hardwood on the other side appropriately ... very technical and time-consuming work. And he did it perfectly.

Here are some preliminary pictures -- John will probably kill me as the kitchen is still in a dusty mess so the floor doesn't show like pristine magazine pictures by a long shot (!) but we are so happy with the work we wanted to give him a recommendation quickly. Will post back with 'cleaned up' pictures when the kitchen is done in a few weeks (backsplash by Universaltile included).

If anyone needs tiling done (floors, backsplashes, or otherwise) you should hire John for sure! The work is top notch and his prices are great.
