Yes more pics please.

For existing owners who are living in thier plan 4... i am trying to figure out fridge CD vs REG and i just realized something.

Some Plan 4s have recessed fridge area about 6' high and about 3.2' wide depth wise i am assuming about 2-3".

Not all plan 4 kitchens seem to have this recess, when is this recess for the fridge installed by the builder?

I think if the recess was available a standard fridge would look built in.

Any thoughts or comments on this ?

it will depend on the kitchen you choose. The sous and the executive have the built in look for your fridge.

by recess you mean the 'wall' that makes it look like your fridge is built in correct? If yes, then yes, its a gable and only comes with the more expensive levels up.

thanks for the info i did not have nor was given this info at the DC.. time to change to counter depth fridge then.

With your recess (if you have upgraded kitchen) did you end up getting standard depth fridge or counter depth?

thanks.

Thanks!

The mantel was installed by the company that we purchased it from. We installed the stone ourselves.

nice living... got pics of dining?

Dining is such a unusuable shapped room and walking in to dinning is something i dont like i am thinking of making the dinning into living.

Leeanne&Nino: I see you have a french door fridge, is it Counter Depth or Full.

I have ordered my appliances and am now wondering if i should stick to CD or switch to SD as the wall is right next to the fridge, are there any problems opening the door and when the door is open are you able to open the drawers inside the fridge?

MrMandy you should be ok with SD. That's what we have and we have had no issues opening the inside drawers when the door is open. For us CD just did not have enough room. Hope that helps.

I have a wall oven next to the fridge so the Standard depth will stick out too much so i had ordered the CD now thinkig about the wall i am not 100% sure what to do.

I just read your comment again and realised this is not what i meant not hte fridge gable. Some pictures i have seen they have the fridge cavity that is recessed back into the wall.

i.e if you see your house before cabinets go in the area where fridge and wall ovens go, placeholder for fridge there is a recess/indent in the back wall.
