Just visit the site on Christmas and shoot some pictures on Syndenham Lane. Enjoy!

@Sandeep - Regarding granite, this is our third new home and we were debating about the same for our second home. We did buy granite from Mattamy and are very happy. For the new home it will cost us $8200 for the one my DW likes. I did get a quote from Maple the supplier for Mattamy and it was same. I am sure you will save at least a $1000 if you buy it yourself but it all comes down to convenience. Hope this helps :-)

DC Appontment - We have booked our DC apt on Jan 30. Did anyone get a call for exterior color selection from the Mattamy?

AK

No exterior color appointment yet. Our 2nd and final design centre appointment is on January 25th. We already went through structural and now are doing our colour selection. Hopefully they don't demand my appliance sizes right away as we are in the process of sorting this out.

Mattamy split the two up as it is a larger house. The structural appointment covered all the electrical, door sizes, stairwell, etc. The only things that aren't accounted for on the structural were tiles, cabinet colour (cabinet style was chosen at structural), carpet and/or hardwood. So this one should be quick ... I hope :).

You have 10 days from your last DC appointment to finalize EVERYTHING ... Good luck! :-)

Monetarily it was the big one, other than granite and tiles it really incorporates all of the big ticket items. Good luck :)

We were informed of our house number (full address) at our design meeting. Someone near your lot may be able to share their address, which you could possibly use to derive your address.

Hi All,
We have purchased on Syndenham Lane.
If I remember correctly lot 205. The ArrowWood; Elev. B
We currently reside in Mississauga and we are extremely excited to move to MILTON.

Congratulations and welcome to the neighborhood. My wife and I made the move from Mississuaga to Milton approximately 10 years ago and have not regretted it for a second. It is an amazing community and am extremely happy with the move.

Hi Rohini,
Nice to see another Shadebush! We're just over in lot 235! Love how you ended up with 911!

When do you close?
