I was told by the Sales Centre, that we might be called in to choose our brick colour toward the end of October. It is now mid-November! Was anyone called in to choose their colours?
This would be another item to cross off our list!!!

I was called in for the Brick selection last Sunday. I had to give my order of preference on five packaged color schemes.
Things are starting to move!

I dropped by the site this weekend and they have the utility boxes and street light up! The street is coming along. They had some foundations in, but not on our street.

I am still waiting for my exterior colour appointment, but mattamy said it was based on closing date so i'm not expecting anything until the new year.

I'm just glad that we don't have a huge green utility box in front of our lot. (phew...we definitely lucked out!) :)

Happy holidays everyone!!

We visited Carbert Cres site today.
They started with the footings. Lot 135 and 136 are done. This week I'm sure they will finish the rest because the ground is all dug out!
Thought I'd let our neighbors know.
I'll post pictures but I haven't figured out how.
:D

I have read on other forums regarding delays on closing from 2 weeks to 1 month for phase 3 residents. Has anyone on this street heard anything of this nature from Mattamy? I am trying to determine the best time to put my current house on the market without making me homeless, so that's why I was wondering.

Thanks!

Looks like they finished some foundations on the street. Nice to see some activity although my lot seems to be where they store the hay.

Drove by today. The south side of Carbert has some of their foundations and the corner lots are being framed. Just a quick update.

Finally had our appointment for exterior chooses this past Saturday. :)

I am surprise. I have received an e-mail from Mattamy stating my home is under construction on Pozbou crescent and my closing date won’t be until the end of September. I have called them to require a pre-construction meeting. I think it’s very important to talk to them before they start the process. I didn’t have any invitation to attend Mattamy University. Let me know if you have received the same e-mail (Phase 3).

Messi2012, March 01 Mattamy Uni session is for folks closing before mid August.

Yes, we got the invitation for Mattamy U on March 01

Our closing in on May29th. I checked last weekend, our house is under construction. But I never had any "pre-construction" appointments except one to choose brick color.
What is "pre-construction appointment"? Can anyone explain?

Hey,
My lot# is 116. How do I find out if I am on the north or South side of Pozbou Cres? Cause apparently as per the message above me there will be no sidewalk along the north side of pozbou. I am very curious and would like to find out. Thanks

You are on the south side of Pozbou! You will have a sidewalk.
