For everyone else, my best 5 year rate is as above, 2.99%. If you require longer than 60 days to close, I do have other rates available. For anyone that needs longer than 60 days to close, but still wants to take advantage of the ultra low rates that are around, I have a 4 yr 2.99% at a major lender (not TD). I would be happy to discuss anyone's situation with them.
