Hello Future Neighbours!!

My girlfriend and i purchased Lot 150-6 on Timmer Place! It's the Westgate Corner Elev.A .. We are scheduled to close Nov '12!

This is our first home and we are extremely excited. Can’t wait to meet our future neighbours!

Hi StephanieO,

I noticed that too. Andrew and I passed by the site the other day and the streets and street signs are up. We couldn't go in because of all the mud and tractors, but hopefully soon we will be able to drive in and see the sign.

Has anyone been called for their design appointment yet??

Hi ard921!

Andrew and I had our design appointment last week Wednesday. We had Tiffany and she was fantastic! She made excellent suggestions and we are so excited to see the finished product!

On another note, I passed by the street the other day and noticed that they changed the street name for Nadalin Heights. I can’t remember what it is now, I think it started with an “S” but thought that was a little strange. I wonder if this is a mistake?????? I am 100% sure that when we took the picture that we posted above of Timmer Place, Nadalin Heights was there as well.

M&A – has Mattamy said anything too you?

Hi MichaelP,

You are correct the side walk is on our side(150-6), which is the east side of Timmer.

Went by the site today and saw they had dug out foundations and poured some concrete on our side 147-3 also i noticed almost directly across the street they have the houses framed up and looking great!!!
Looks like they are ahead of schedule :) also got our Mattamy University invitation
