My question is, is it possible to change/upgrade the options FAR AFTER the paper work assignment with DC, but the house hasn't been start yet?

For example, I have a Juneberry house, the paper work has been done last year, but it hasn't been start yet --- everything is still on the paper only. In this case, is it possible to change options like upgrade kitchen package options?

There's two part of this upgrade, the one is to change kitchen layout, which was selected in Sale Office, and another one is to change mode, which was done by in DC.

In this case, is it possible?

Whom I suppose to talk to? If my original representative in DC said it's too later, can I talk to manager?

Has any one done this before?

I don't know if you can add stuff but I know we changed the bathtub to a whirlpool about a month before closing.

In our case, we tried to change our kitchen layout 3 months after we purchased. They refused to accomodate our request even though we contacted the customer care representative and the sales office. Nobody wanted to help us. I don't think they are fair because they change architectural choices for so many people. I hope other people can share their ideas with you regarding your question.

Hi yrose1001,

Why do you post this on every subforums, please merge them and only ask the question under one subforum.

They said 10 days to make any structural changes.. But you never know. Likely they'll tell you no.

I assume they have to submit a ton of paper work to the city, architects and other things to get approved.
