yup the value has continued to rise. "Deline" doesn't appear to be in site.

our home was the second link you attached, and it sold in a day.
PropertyPat did a great job for us!

I live in Phase 1 of HVOP on Whewell Trail, one of the first to close. We purchased the 36' Plan 4, Elevation "A". I haven't done much since moving in but here are a few pictures.

- Upgraded 12x24 tile in Kitchen, Dinette & Foyer
- Hardwood throughout all other areas; upstairs Family Room, Master BR, Hallways etc.
- Opted for the Chef's kitchen with additional 3' pantry (a must!)
- Just finished painting main floor, no lighting upgrades yet
- Stained Oak Stairs
- Double Swing door for 2nd floor main closet
- Upgraded vanity in ensuite
- Upgraded trim package
- Side entrance in lieu of pantry

If you're looking to buy the same model PM me for any suggestions on upgrades, etc. Happy home buying :)
