Had my first session there last week and it was definitely a positive experience. Having had massages in the past, I do have something to compare it to. Extremely competent and professional and I was very very happy with the session. In the past I have felt that the therapist was fell short of addressing my concerns. Zen was spot on. I have already signed up for my next appointment.
