Hello all, myself and my girlfriend purchased Lot 150-6 on Timmer Place, the Westgate corner elev. A scheduled to close November 2012!! We're extremely excited as its our first home

Is phase 4 completely sold out ?
I got a hold of this document and it shows Phase 1b and Phase 2, will this be added to Phase 4 or was this sold already ?

Phase 1B & 2 are actually phase 4
I believe it is sold out...

anyone have an idea of what a 1680sqft end unit townhouse should go for in our area? going to put ours up for sale in december...its a linwell end.

also, anyone know a good shutters guy? i think we may want to do that as soon as we move in...feb 2013

Hi Youngsoo! The Linwell ends did get up over 400k during the peaks a few months ago, but it all comes down to upgrades, location, and competition at the time. Send me an email or PM on here with a little more detail, (major upgrades, address / location), and I can pretty much nail down what it could sell for right now, assuming we put the homes best foot forward at time of listing :)

Like Kash said, no pressure obviously - I'll help however I can, whether you need me to help you sell or not!
