OMG please help!!

Do you have any advice on how to handle this ??

I just spent $300K to buy a new town house on Brassard Circle and it is really embarassing to have visitors
pointing out that one of the neighbours don't seem to be able to afford a dryer and have their clothes drying on the balcony
at the front of the house.

they don't have a back yard or balcony but come on.... THE FRONT OF YOUR BRAND NEW HOUSE???

Is there any thing which I can do about this because it really devalues the other property on the street including mine.

It is like really ghetto to have your underwear etc hanging on the front balcony of your new house!

I checked with the City and was told that with the new green energy act this is actually allowed.

I closed and moved in 3 months ago and don't want to sell up and move again because of this but these people seem to be doing it everyday since the weather got good.

Help!

Hi Newtomilton40,

I will be moving to MIlton in December. We use to do that back in the days when I lived in DETROIT. That is GHETTO!! I would say something! Screw the new energy green plan or whatever it is called. But on the other hand, don't get made get even. I would set up a clothesline and hang some provacative underwear out there, while your at it hang some condoms, act like your drying them, tell them your big on recycling.

Have to laugh!

Sylvia
P.S. It's all about getting even!
