If you are facing Solomon crt from Louis St Laurent, our house is on the left hand side of the court.

It seems like it's going to be a great area. Have you heard anything regarding the path behind our houses? Is it going to be right up against our fence line?

I don't know if it's going to be right up against our fence line, but I hope not!
Actually, I was at my DC appointment was month and was shocked to find out that there would be NO fence there! My consultant did say the drawings must be wrong and they probably just missed to put it there.
She also said that all questions regarding exterior plans, the park and the neighbourhood will be answered at the Mattamy University. Have you received an invitation yet?

So the east side of the west leg of the court? So we would be on the same leg. Are you in the middle or closer to one end?

We are about 4 houses up from the big storm pond.

Took me a while to figure the east & west leg there, lol. We are on the east side of the east leg of the court. Our backyard backs onto the backyards of the town homes. We're the 2nd last house closest to the pond.

No :( I wish I knew...but should be coming up soon! Probably next month...
Saw piles of wood in our street yesterday though, looks like construction is about to begin! :D

Anyone here attend a frame walk yet?
I was surprised to find my house already dry walled when I passed by last Friday night and I did not get a call for a frame walk! And I found that they missed some of my structural upgrades!!! I was super pissed, so I called this morning scheduled it for Wednesday.
How annoying!!! I hope they fix it right!

Hey JDV24, this may be a stupid question, but did you walk through the house on your own and realize the mistakes?? I would certainly hope that if they dont fix it, they refund you! When do you close??

We close mid November.
Yes, we did walk through on our own. I actually went by the house again last night and saw that they started to fix the mistakes. I'll have a better look tomorrow during the appointment.

hi H&M

Frame walks are scheduled prior to drywalling. We are closing in January and had our frame walk back in October.

You may want to check with your builder to make sure they didn't miss it. Mattamy missed it in our first home (5 years ago).

Baraa.
