Has anyone decided the color of the tiles in kitchen and Foyer, initially we like Talesma Marfil, but i think its too light, any feedback (the kitchen in the Picture has Rustica Moca)

We had our design appointment last week . We had Tiffany and she was fantastic! She made excellent suggestions and we are so excited to see the finished product!

Yesterday I passed the Street they already started framing Lot # 167.

Hey fellow neighbors!

We haven't been on the forum for a while but our home is up and we are so excited! They started building 2 months earlier - suppose to start July 11th, started first week of May!

I spoke to our Mattamy Rep, and he said we can most likely move in a few weeks earlier! We've been to our lot every Friday because there is always something new.. they work so fast!



We also have pictures of the inside, but will post them in a little while.

We got our invite for the Mattamy Universaty and look forward to meeting everyone

Post some pictures from the inside when you get a chance Ours is also a Hillsview Model, although our closing date is March 2013 I'm hoping we get to move in earlier too!

Oh nice! Where on Diefenbaker are you (what lot)? I know the lot beside us, the first home is a hillsview.

We're going to be in front of you I believe, the street name was at first Nadalin Heights, then it got change to Timmer's place and I believe it now is Stenman's...lol they can't make up their minds. It's a great feeling watching your home get built! Heck, we're looking at your pictures and we think it's our own place haha

We're very excited also. Keep us posted on new developments! I can't believe how fast their moving, in no time they'll start building the other lots. Congrats again, almost there When is the moving date for you guys?

Yes, we had noticed that they changed the street name, but we weren't 100% sure. They are working so fast! It will all be ready in no time! We will for sure keep you posted

Our moving date is November 8th! Almost 4 months to go!! Soon enough it will be March!
