Hi all, when is the closing for these lots?

Also, any idea when they will release the rest of them? (IIRC, they only released about half of them)

They haven't released the last batch? I'm surprised.

Anyways out of the 47 homes, some of them were March 2013, the other bunch were May 2013.

I couldn't tell you exactly how many are for March/May.

Oh, I'm not certain they didn't release the last batch, just assuming. :)

Thanks for the info.

I would call Mattamy just to be sure. They only released 47/108 homes for Phase 8. It's been almost 3 weeks since the release of the 47. You may want to call Mattamy to double check they haven't been released yet, cause we only got an email notice (sign up on their website) about a week prior to that.

There was also a massive line for them, it started around noon on Friday.

I received my design center book and wow, what a rip off.

I can do most of these things myself, apart from the wiring behind drywalls, for a third of the cost.

The design book wasn't at all what I was thinking :( $4000 for hardwood floors in 330 sqft? No thanks.

I was told by a number of people to get the wood stairs, as those are very hard and expensive to do after the fact.

Hardwood floors on the other hand, i was told to not go with Mattamy and do it myself.

Mattamy called me today to come in for an appointment. They said I needed to have everything completed by August 17th.

We're now officially "Derry Road".

Your lot number will be your unit number... as I was just told.

My cousin and her hub are the proud owners of Lot 57 (I think) end unit. Newly-weds moving to Milton from Brampton to join us here (proud residents for 11 years). They are great people and will make excellent neighbours! Bill and Julie M :D .
