I was in this home tonight with a Buyer client, and I must return the compliments, Ariel, this was the nicest Brennan by far out of the last few that have been listed. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference - If my buyer was ready to pull the trigger, we would have thrown our hat in the ring for sure ... but we'll have to wait for the next one I'm guessing

Thanks, Fred - of course I appreciate the feedback

We worked hard and the owner was very cooperative in the staging and landscaping process... Definitely made a difference!

We did sell conditionally that night (conditional until end of day today)... (so technically sold in less than a day!)

Looks like we need to get a couple more of these listings - tonnes of buyers!

Have a good long weekend and get some R'n'R mixed in with work
