I wanted to provide some feedback of our experience dealing with Liam from LOC Carpentry. I have been fortunate enough to of had many Milton families support Four Season Comfort for there Central Air Conditioning and Furnace needs, many from this forum and would like to provide some detail of my experience dealing with LOC Carpentry.
Liam and his assistant did a fantastic job installing beautiful crown moulding in our home even with our 2 year old running around! He worked for 11 straight hours and did a excellent job, with percision. I am a very detailed person and must say Liam is a true professional. Liam did a clean job and tidied up before he left. I would highly recommend Liam to my friends and clients.

+1 for Liam @ LOC Carpentry. He did an amazing job on our crown moulding and baseboards as well. He was a pleasure to deal with. Attention to detail and pride in his workmanship was evident. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liam. He was great and patient with our 6 year old son and played a few games of FIFA with him...then our son showed him how to play NHL 12

I've been meaning to write some thanks for Liam and his crew as well.

He did an absolutely fabulous job in our home. Great workmanship, and materials. And his price simply can not be beat. He was in and out of doing our entire main floor and upper hallway in a day. It was awesome watching his crew work. Meticulous, clean, and fast!

And he was great with my kids as well. He had my 4 year old cling on helper with him at all times, and my 2 year old not far behind. When the other monsters got home from school he was patient and great with them as well. Oh, AND the bloody dog! Hahahahahahaha

Can't wait to have him back to complete our master as soon as we finish the stonework planned.

Our family recommends him in a heartbeat!

Liam does the best job that I've seen on carpentry. He just finished installing crown mouldings in our house and we couldn't be happier with his work and he won't gouge you either.

Liam just finished installing a waffle ceiling and crown moulding in my house and I just wanted to say that it looks amazing!! Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Thanks Liam!!
