Phase 1

Phase 1 opened to the public in Spring 2012 and includes:

Two major lit soccer fields
Two major lit baseball diamonds
Four beach volleyball courts
Parking lots
Pedestrian trails
Park lighting
Stormwater management facilities
Site servicing, including a sewer sysem and gas line
Associated park amenities, including site furniture and landscape features

Phase 2

Construction of Phase 2 is currently underway; this area is not yet open for public use. This phase will include:

A playground, including accessible features and play structures for all abilities
Spray pad
Park building, including washrooms
Parking lot
Pedestrian trails
Park lighting
Stormwater management facilities
Site servicing, including a sewer sysem and gas line
Associated park amenities, including site furniture and landscape features

Phase 3

Design of Phase 3 of the park is currently underway.
