I know it's probably a little early to be thinking about this but I'm really excited because we had our daughter in July and this will be her first Christmas. Can anyone recommend a good place to go in Milton (or surrounding areas)?

Thank you!!

If you had asked this a week or two ago I would've said to check out Eva at Blink of an Eye Photography, but she's already posted her Santa sessions, and I believe there's a waiting list now.

Aside from the malls I'm not sure what other options you might have.

Oh my gosh Marcie Costello Photography for sure.

Unlike any of these other photgraphers she donates her money earned from her Santa pictures to the Chum City Christmas Wish Fund ! She has a table set up for hot chocolate and the kids get little gifts. Its such an awesome experience and a such a great cause to support.

The santa clause that is present is so kind and such an amazing gentleman. She took some pics of my daughter and I recently. I had put it off for years because i was recovering from cancer but im sorry i held off. Marcie is so sweet and she works with kids all the time so we felt so comfortable with her.

We used to take the kids to Erin Mills or Sqaure one but the lineups were insane and then it was a charge per child .. insane.

If anyone is interested here's the link to Marcie's web this is what I used to help me decide she was the one for us. I think she might have a few spots left for the Xmas santa shoot but im not sure. def worth the call if you can get an appt :)

Blink Of An Eye all the way, but yes I think that it is fully booked, but you never know. Eva has many years experience and so many clients can vouch how amazingly talented she is. She has given many causes donations also and done numerous charity events for oakville Humane Society and Troys toy drive and collected toys for the many unfortunate children. Honest, genuine and sincere that's what she is!! :) I have used her many times so I know what she can do behind the camera!! Good luck!

+1 for Blink Of An Eye Photography!

Intimate, comfortable.. Her Santa is THE BEST and most authentic looking Santa you will ever find.. she's just truly an amazing photographer and SO good with the kids!

Hands down your best bet!! Oh and did I mention that she is LOCAL? Right here in MILTON!

It just so happens she's holding a contest for one spot in her Santa Sessions! Here's the link.. Good luck!:

If you'd like to see what the Milton Mall Santa looks like, you can visit www.miltonmall.com and his photo is on the home page on the right. This is his 3rd Christmas at the mall and we get many compliments from repeat visitors. He is especially popular with parents bringing in young babies as he is quiet - not with a big booming voice like some Santa's.

^^^ What a cute little man Cactus. I must get his good looks from his Mommy :D He's sooo happy in this photo, love it when baby smile like this. Enjoy your first Christmas together.

I know it far but Square One used to have a "peek a boo" Santa. (Call first to be sure they still offer this)

Basicly if your child decides they do not like Santa, Sants will wave good bay and hide behind a door. You will then sit your baby in his huge chair, and he will sneak out and stand behind the chair.

This way you get your photo and your baby is happy.

I think the Milton Mall offers this too, but you will have to call to be sure.

My wife and I took our son to square one on Friday afternoon. We got really lucky there was no line at all.

They have a really nice setup going there.

We’ll be heading to the Milton Mall - I figure it’ll be less busy than places like Square One and Erin Mills.

I really don’t want to wait in a giant lineup with a 4 month old.

Oakville Place does their pics with Santa at no cost, donations only. We're heading over there tomorrow for ours!

Cactus, your little man is just ridiculously adorable... I wanna squish him!!

We went to Maple View Mall in Burlington to shop and just happened to notice that there was no line up to see Santa. The cost of pictures is NOTHING! It is printed right then and there in a cute little package that has a magnetic frame for it and the Santa was happy and looked "real" They will take donations for the McMaster Children's hospital and they give out large size candy canes. Awesome!

We went to Square One on Friday at 12:30, and there was literally nobody there. Got lots of quality time with old St. Nick!

I would assume Milton would actually be worse, given the proximity to all the women with babies. In any case, get 'er done quick - the longer you wait, the worse the lineups will get...

I was at Milton Mall on Saturday. There was little to no wait believe it or not, and he's a very authentic looking Santa. I'd recommend sticking with our local Mall and Santa.
