Hi Everyone,

We are doing our basement and have gotten as far as doing the taping and first coat of mud and now realizing how time consuming a job it is to sand it all and put the finishing mud coat on. Looking to outsource this now. The basement is about 600 sq ft.

Please let me know if you know anyone interested in a smaller job like this.

Just wanted to give a positive shout-out to Roberto! Roberto was so nice and very professional in his daily approach to his work. He took a great deal of care with finishing the mudding /sanding of our basement (and had to fix what we tried to do from the first coat!) and had it all done by the end of one week. It looks great and he gave a great rate to do it all. I would not hesitate to recommend Roberto to others! See some attached pics. This is after we primed the ceiling.

There's always a critic in every bunch. Of course that crossed our mind but was not within our skill set and we did the drywall ourselves. Thanks for the feedback cactus.
