hey dude id hate to be the one to have to burst your bubble but if you read the letter fron ozz correctly you only get the 300.00 dollar gift if you but the unit staight out from them sorry if screwed up your day dude.

ya ok you were right and i apologize i took it as from the word to execute that has always ment to me to take away or as to cancel the rental thats what i thought but ya your right then sorry dude.

Has anyone gotten the $300 gift voucher from OZZ? We have already signed the rental agreement and sent the void cheque but no sign as of yet. It's been almost a month now....

I called Ozz and they said that they are waiting for all the agreement sent out and then will send a mass mail for the voucher. So those of you who are still waiting, keep in touch with them incase you change your addy between now and your new house closing date.
