Are you sure about that? I am almost certain there was a Southwind on Holloway Terrace last year that went for over 600,000??

I'm sure, both on Holloway sold for less. I represented the buyers on one of them.

He's right. Holloway was listed OVER 600k, but didn't get near it.
This was a great price, nice job Mike and Seb, but enjoy the claim for now, I'm failry certain this price was just shattered.... holy cow I can't believe it myself :) You'll see tomorrow! (This Southwind was absolutely loaded, pie lot, quiet street, so it had the advantage going in.. but holy smokes!! Not my listing, just commenting on the overall trend right now since the deline thread is back up and running again :)
