1900 sqft for only $454,800!!
Email Fred for more info — Check out the FLOOR PLAN below the tour!
http://www.1510croft.com <-- Virtual Tour!

Outside:
You’ll notice you’re only steps to HUGE Trudeau park, and on the other end of Croft, brand new construction, more homes, parks and a school! The massive trees in this part of Milton really add character!

Also, Being in East Milton, you are 10 minutes closer to Mississauga, Toronto, and everything east. That’s 20 minutes round trip saved every day over West Milton… That’s about 7-8 hrs saved EVERY MONTH!

The Main Floor:

The living / dining can be used for whatever your family desires (Dining / Home Office), and can also be used as one HUGE dining room for hosting dinner parties of 25 or more! Open concept, with separate functional spaces abound! Look up – every light fixture in this house has been upgraded!

Remember, you’re in almost 1900 sqft, which means there are NO small rooms here! The open concept Family room can fit your family AND your guests, and the large eat in kitchen offers WAY MORE counter and cabinet space than any of our competitors, who are in the 1500-1600sqft range.

Don’t forget about the hardwood floors, California shutters, and a nice perk – This family room is pre-wired for the Media Centre nut in the family – Wired with CAT5, Coax, USB, HDMI, and surround sound!

2nd Floor:

3 great bedrooms plus a computer den / play corner. Remember you’re in 1900 square feet – LARGE master, LARGE Walk in closet and spa ensuite (notice a trend here?); LARGE kids rooms (one with an extended window nook, the other with a great window seat!), and still enough room left over for an open concept computer nook, GREAT for use as a kids play area, homework corner, or family-safe internet zone!

The Basement:

MASSIVE basement for this price range, a blank palate for you to work with, or perfect for storing all of your stuff! Of course, Central Air and Garage Door opener are all installed. And don’t forget, all the family room media centre wiring is accessible from here as well.

there's a 34 hi willow a couple houses over, many mature trees in the parks, and many that are as high as the houses in this area. That's what 10 to 12 years old get you if you want to see the positives. If you don't, that's OK too!posted via voice to text, please excuse any errors.

Let me ask (if you're serious). Have use for them? Shouldn't be a problem.

Ya...we planted bushes in our front yard and I would like to border it with stones or bricks. I live right around the corner so my husband can come and get them (if the owner is willing to give them away or sell them at a reasonable price) this evening. I'd need enough to border 23' of garden.
