Do you work at Bomabarier or Pratt Pete?
What else do you think that designated collector road is? And it's one neighbourhood (Clark), it's just been built over 15 years ass-backwards. Sorry, that one definitely falls into buyer beware. It's the same as Clark Blvd across the length of the Beaty neighbourhood.
Cah'mon. You can't argue in defense of this one! Even you, lover of all things Milton Council.
It's not one neighborhood. It's got a natural boundary running right through it. 4th Line.
On the south side Clark does go all the way through, but it goes through providing you options to get in and out. It's not just Clark feeding multiple neighborhoods.
Also, while it's smart to know as much as about your new home as possible, you'd have to be horribly cynical to have to pull up town plans to see how bad the mistakes are going to be.
I can still remember back when I first moved in and I was on my way to Canadian Tire and first saw the notice of the impending closure. I was shocked. Complete disbelief and emailed Brian Penman as soon as I got home.
Of all the things to check before buying, worrying that the town would close that road was so far off my radar that it was completely off my radar.
