Lets not get too emotional, he is a mechanic, not a brain surgeon.

Also wanted to give a +1 to the accuracy of True Tech's alignment rack. I had an alignment done there in the spring after getting new tires and drove all summer on them (about 20,000km). When putting away my summer wheels last weekend, I did a measure of the tread depth, and every portion of the tread on each tire wore evenly, 8/32" all around for each tire.

I recommend an alignment there with Paul and Ron if you're getting new tires, or just got new tires on a car that's 5 years or older.

As far as I know, an alignment won't be needed for new tires/rim swap..unless the reason you replaced the old ones was for uneven wear. If you're replacing springs..or struts then I would definitely get an alignment.

A bump up for Paul at Tru tech auto repair.

My husband and I have been going to Paul for a couple of years now. I am always hesitant about going to a new auto repair person but I read all the great reviews on this board and decided to give them a call a couple of years ago.

We have been so happy with them and I go there knowing that I won't be ripped off or told I need something when I actually don't. Paul and his staff are so extremely honest and that is what I like about them. Ron at the front desk is great to deal with as is the rest of his staff.

If you are looking for someone who is truly honest, then give them a try.

Yo True Tech, thanks so much for doing both my outer tie rods and alignment! I appreciate the quick service and laughs/humour as per usual on my visits. 8)

My husband has been taking our Honda to True Tech for awhile now and we can't say enough good stuff about these guys. I went there Friday early evening because the car had a slight vibration and Paul offered to balance the front tires for free in record time. Thanks for you help! See you for our next oil change.

The A/C quit on my Jeep the end of last summer. A quick look determined the compressor clutch was not kicking in to run the compressor. You can't just replace the clutch as it is part of the compressor, was told cost could top $1,000. Paul said leave it till next spring which I did. In to see Paul and Dave 2 weeks ago, btw Paul now has a machine for servicing A/C. Dave pulls it in and starts checking it out, I take off. I come back 2 hours later and find the Jeep outside thinking they ripped out the compressor and were waiting for the new one to come. I go in, Paul says it's finished and hands me a bill for for $150.00. I was expecting it to cost over $1,000. Well, turns out Dave found a faulty relay, topped up the gas, one hour labor and I'm one hell of a happy customer. :D

Paul, Dave & Ron....Thank you
