I'm with cibc mortgage. I am only looking for secured line of credit
- Please provide best prime+
- possibility of waiving admin fee and appraisal fee
- what would be discharge fee
- I have around $150K equity in the property

thanks Andrew,
I got exactly what I needed. Had to do a bit of dance around but succeed in not paying any Admin or legal fee and managed to negotiate a single discharge fee for both Mortgage and Line of credit, if in case I moved to different lender after my term.
couldn't get better than 0.5 though
