Hi Pat

Yes they sold the restaurant to new owners who opened Grill Daddy on July 3rd. Check the information on the sign.

Another great reason to visit downtown Milton. Check out our next downtown event the Classic Car show on Friday July 19th from 6 to 10 pm along Main St. from Millside to Brown Streets!

I walked by on Saturday and saw the sign in the window reading "Opening Soon". Are they actually open for business now?

Sitting in the place now. Busy in and out. Could be the farmers market though. Good coffee we'll see how breaky pans out.

Well we sat and we sat, saw a few tables up and walk out. Sadly we followed. The chef/cook came out because I finally asked for an eta and why so long, he said she only keyed it in, I called BS and said don't worry about it then. We saw tables who came in after us get food and with a 1.5 year old we couldn't wait any longer. I'll cut them some slack because they are new so I may retry at another date. Was hoping to check out the food so can't really comment. Wait staff was friendly and felt like they genuinely cared.

Sadly this is all too common now days, your first impression is the one that counts, i come from a family that has owned over a dozen restaurants, if you think you need 6 wait staff, have 10, if you think you need 2 chefs, have 4 your opening week. a customer leaving would be sacrilegious. i guess its the reason were flooded with franchises.

I had one of the best sandwiches ever at A Catered Affair. It was something like prosciutto (or maybe turkey) with fig. Superb. I should have gone back before they sold it.
