If you have 30 minutes free today from 9 am to 12 noon or this Thursday January 16th from 2.30 to 7.30 pm the Canadian Blood Services is holding clinics at the New Life Church on Thompson Road and Clark Blvd. in the rear hall.

There is a desperate need for O Negative blood at present and the ice storm and flu season has reduced donations.

I was denied because I visited Costa Rica when I went to donate this summer. I have to wait until next May before I can donate. Boo.
