What are the steps needed to setting up my canada post mail box. How do i know where to pick up my mail (which community box) and where do i get my key? When should i get this done...i close in a month.

You need proof of ownership, you'll get it after you close. You bring it to the post office and they will give you your mailbox keys and tell you where it is.

Mattamy should explain this to you after you close.

You have to go to the Post Office on Brown & Main Street
You will need Your Tarion Sheet and Photo ID (until you have your ID with your new address on it)
You will have to pick up mail there until the mail boxes are set up in your area and Canada Post will advise you with keys at one of the times you go to pick up your mail.
I think I had to go to the post office for a few months after closing, we were the first to close so that may have had something to do with it.

We are closing later then everyone else, so hopefully the mailboxes are all set-up!
