Once your HRV is running properly and Power Pipe installed properly you will have a true Energy Star qualified home. Feel free to phone me if there is any confusion getting issues resolved as I would be glad to help. I can guarantee to you that my report is accurate.
I appreciate, that you appreciate, that I take time going over the equipment in your home. For me, that's what an inspection is all about and it's why I don't do inspections unless the home owner is available to go through the process. As you saw, there are many things that few people understand and without a proper inspection, equipment is left functioning incorrectly or not at all.
