i would try Halton Hills Fine Jewellery on Main st. he did a great job fixing the setting on my engagment ring.. for a great price. i can't remember how long i had to leave it.. a week maybe?

if doesn't do custom rings .. i had my wedding ban made to fit with my enganment ring by a great jeweller near the eaton centre in TO. that was before we moved to milton, though. so if you can't find anyone local, i can give you her contact info.

good luck :)

They are just in those townhouse style buildings near Square One, I can not remember the name

Family owned. They are incredible. Engagement, wedding rings were all custom made by them. They also refinish jewelry. Their work is amazing. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry.

Alexander's Jeweler's on Queen St in Streetsville (roughly at Pearl Street.)

He made my wedding band, and my wife's wedding band and engagement ring, all custom. He also did my mothers wedding band, which was the same scenario, her engagement ring was a piece of estate jewelry with a complex shape, and she wanted a band that matched and complemented the original piece, so he crafted one that when put together make the ring look fantastic.

He doesn't have a web site that I know of but:

Alexander Jewellers Ltd
221 Queen S Streetsville ON
(905) 821-877

Alexanders is actually a good friend of my dads' and he has done many custom pieces for us as well. Definitely recommended. He also takes great care in choosing stones.

He does do a great job with stones, but of course, that was the best part for my wife, just going through all the different stones to pick the one she liked best.
