I watched that too!!!! Very interesting!!!!

I watched it last night at 12 AM (which was technically this morning ) and I heard one of the contestants say "Beaty Park" so I assume its somewhere near that park.

I caught the last half of the show last night. There were three couples competing. They didn't know where they were, so they must have been blindfolded or something to get out there. They had 5 minutes to go through the house and look around and then 30 minutes to drive around and get a feel for the town. Then they had to come back and guess what the house was valued at. The couple who guessed the closest, within 5000 of the value won the house and was given the keys then and there. I think it was a Mooreside corner townhouse. It was beautifully decorated, upgraded and furnished, just like the model homes. A couple did win, they came within 4500$ of the price, so they just barely won. Of the three couples, this was the one I was rooting for the most. They seemed so nice and this house would be like a dream come true for them. I was surprised because I was guessing the house was valued at way more than it was. It was only 284,000 I think but it was totally decked out in every upgrade imaginable.

Yeah, that was pretty much the jist of it. The competition was really only guessing the value. There was someone living in it? Interesting...

Actually, there are two houses bein given away in Milton. Episode 4 features another house in Milton, but I don't recognize it as a Mattamy...
maybe I'm not as obsessed about houses as I thought!

But here's a thought....maybe they weren't allowed to take possession until the airing of the show? Alot of reality TV show stars are sent home after the taping and can't breathe a word regarding the winner or the things they had to do for the show....but once the show comes on TV, they can blab as much as they want.
