Here's the update...so I called the builder around 10am to let him know about it, he was surprised that it wasn't cleaned, anyhow, he said that he would make the calls and get it done.

I went to the house around 12:30 and the duct cleaner guys already already finished...they did a good job. Needless to say I was surprised to see how fast our builder got someone there.

When we went to our PDI we saw that our stairs were all scratched and dinged..embedded little pebbles...almost looked like someone ran upsaits with their workboots on while the urethaine was still wet. Anyhow, our builder has them redoing our stairs today..sanding, and urethaine again. So I hope all is well tomorrow when we check...cause tomorrow is move-in-day.

Sorry this might have been already answered but not sure. Are the dimmer switches standard with the house or are they an upgrade?
