Continuous lighting or flash?

Cowboystudio.ca (located on Dixie and Matheson area) has all the stuff you can buy from China on Aliexpress for photography in stock - obviously higher prices, but you get it right away.

I've bought some lighting and backdrop kits there - they aren't bad. If you are a pro and need to use it all the time, spend the money on a higher quality one, but if you are like me and shoot as a hobby, cowboy studio is good value for money.
